The bear that gave me back my iPad & my sanity! myHummy review

If you have been following us on twitter & instagram you will know that we have a terrible reliance on white noise. Since H was born we have used a couple of white noise “toys” to help settle H but what I realised pretty quick was that as soon as the white noise stopped H would wake up. They didn’t seem to play long enough for her to be sound asleep. or are not loud enough to soothe her. Which quickly became a nightmare, so since around 2 months old H has had my iPad… I have not used it since the day I bought an app to allow constant white noise in to our life. It has got so bad we actually refer to the iPad as hers! I have been looking for a more baby friendly white noise aid for a while now, as I want us to start reducing it and I would definitely love a night where I didn’t have to listen to the constant noise all night!

This has allowed me to have a happy little girl and allowed me to have my iPad back AND even better it is helping H to hopefully get to the point where we don’t need white noise any longer as we are no longer playing it constantly. It has been amazing too to transition H into her own room, as I do not have to be there to replay the white noise when she goes through the sleep cycles that make her wake for a moment or two.
